Thursday Roll Call

Hello Everybody! A little late checking in today... I  switched Dr.'s so it would be closer to home... I had my 1st appointment with him today and things went well. I have lost 71 Pounds in 14 weeks! I will see him again in April for my 6 month follow up... Tonight we are going to open swim at the rec center... Have a Blessed night! Jenn

Glad to see you are home. I think that I was just down the hall from you on tuesday and on Wednesday Jean was running between the two of us because I was getting ready to go home. I understand the pain thing but wearing the binder helps. Dr Mclellan is awesome in regards to making sure that we are comfortable. Hope we can chat more and will talk to you later. Erin

Hi Erin, Yes that was me who Jean was talking to down in room 100 while you were getting ready to go home.  Hope your doing well also.  Dr. Mc and Jean are really good in looking after us. Tom

Hi Everyone - Chris-  Sorry to hear about Dave's job.  I trust all will work out. I've been w/out a computer all week so this was my first chance to check in.  Calvin is doing good just trying to adjust to a new way of life.  He will be returning to work on Tuesday and I will be going back on Wed.  Not much else going on. Hope all is well w/ everyone. Christina

Christine, sorry to hear about Dave's job. Even if it is a s#$% company to work for, it still hurts. We have had it happen twice i the last few years. If it would happen again, DH would retire. Tom you have joined the losers bench, hows it feeling to be a loser? Hi Lucy, glad to see you! Hugs,

 Hey everyone...... Chris, I am sorry to hear about Dave's job.  But I am sure that he will find something bigger and better. Christine, I am glad Calvin is doing better. Well, today I went say Dr. Kane, Jr. and he was really surprised that I was back to work within 10 days of surgery.  I have gone from 252 day of surgery to 236.5 on the scale for a total of 16 lbs lossed in 3 weeks.  He said that since I was doing so good, that he would see me in 3 months and that I should be down to 195 lbs by then, which in my anal accountant ways comes out to 3.5 lbs a week.  I hope I can do this.....It is such a daunting number.  Well, I am off to do homework...
