Morning all.  I get to see my daughter today and I am stoked!  It has been a rough week, but I dropped another 2 pounds today (Could be the scale I am using though, I have no access to the one I was using before).  I was in such a rush this morning that I forgot to pay for my parking, and had to call my aunt to pay the meter for me.  I am such a moron! As for the undies, well I do have all intensions of getting new ones just not until I am settled.  With my job moving yesterday to a new location, I am getting a lot of walking in.  I hope that helps with weight loss as well. (duh!)

Good morning Pam and the rest of Illinois! I am SOOO tired of being COLD!  The good news is that when I went home last night, the sun was still out!!!!!  Also, when I came in this morning, I could see the sky getting lighter.  That HAS to mean that Spring is on its way!!!!!!!  It can't come soon enough for me! I am leaving work a bit early again today.  We have a meeting at David's school to go over the results of the testing I made them do to see if he is eligible for any "Special Education" help.  I don't think that he will be found to be eligible, but I will make them help him and stop calling him "just lazy".  That was really the whole reason for the testing.  Wish me luck!  His school is run by some kind of strange women. I hope everyone has a lovely day and enjoys the sunshine and realative warmth as the temperature is supposed to plummet again over the weekend.

Good morning!! Went and worked out this morning. Waiting to go to work to get my yearly eval, im nervous because im not sure if im getting a raise. Also afraid of my reaction if I dont get one. Wish me luck

Hi Everyone,

It's been a hectic day today.  The nurse called from my daughters school.  Apparently she is having a gallbladder attack.  I took her to acute care where we spent the day.  She had an attack last November and we have had all the test run, but nothing ever showed up.  Today they did an ultrasound and a cat scan.  I think we can rule out the gallbladder.  Now she has to follow up with the pediatric gastroenterologist again and a gynocologist (the cat scan shows a cyst).  Needless to say between the two of us I am booked until March with dr appointments. Yesterday I had my weigh in.  I gained 1 pound.  It doesn't bother me because I know that it's water.  One NP said I was slightly tachicardic probably because I'm not drinking enough.  Another NP said I am probably slightly dehydrated and possibly anemic.  They didn't mention anymore tests just to drink more which I'm trying.   The dietician did mention sparkpeople.  I think I am going to give it a try.  I wonder if I see the same people as you Lucy.  Do you go to Bonaventure? I am back to work tomorrow and I dread it.  I probably should have taken the np's advice and waited til after the holiday.  Oh well it had to happen adventually. I hope everyones week gets better. ~Michelle
