Good Morning Girls and Boys of IL. We are going to get some sunshine today, yeah! What are all of you doing today? Not much for me other than work and I come home when it is almost dark. I will be happy when it starts staying lighter longer. You basically know what is going on with me - basement duty. I am currently on the hunt for one of my storage bins. When I started putting away my collection of Christmas salt and pepper shakers I could not find some of the boxes that they go in so there is a container somewhere out in the garage or shed that they go in. Come on in and let the rest know what is going on in your world.   & Christine

Good morning all, I will spend the majority of my day at drs offices.  I have 2 dr appointments and 1 nut appointment.  In one since I hate that my day is spent doing this, but I do like to get the all over with at once.  The good news is that I will get to weigh in, so I am looking forward to that (seems strange to say for the first time in my life).   In between appointments I am going to try to move to lose.  I think I will work on Kathys suggestion and try to improve my form. What does everyone else have planned for today?  I didn't see the weather, but I am so looking forward to any sunshine that comes our way. Everyone have a great day! ~Michelle

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Good morning, I am going to stay in bed today.  I have a sore throat and did not get any sleep last night.  Dad's not doing any better.  I posted last night to his current statues.  It's not fair that a 57 year old mad should be going through all of this.  When I feel better, I am going to be up to my ears in paper work for him.  He runs his own business and things have to be cleaned up in the office.  I don't want to babysitt any more.  I feel I need to be there for my mom.  I don't know how to tell the parents that I work for. Everyone keep us in your prayers.  Maddie asked her teacher if the class can say a prayer w/ her for her papa and her teacher said they could not pray together in school.  She told Maddie if she wanted to say a prayer she could say one quietly at her desk.  Sometimes I wish she was at a private school so she could pray and have the support of her friend and staff.  O well, it is what it is!  Have a safe and good day everyone!

Good Morning Illinois! I have an OB appointment this morning to check on a cyst they found post-op during a CT scan. It was 8cm x 5cm I am keeping my fingers crossed that it has not gotten any bigger! Michelle good luck at your appointments today! Getting weighed now is an amazing thing! I at 3 1/2 months out am still in Awe when I step on the scale and see a loss! Also OT: I  am having a very hard time with my oldest daughter Serenity she is 12 years old and full of anger... Most of which is that I have re-married (2 years ago) and she still wants me with "her dad" I am looking into some outside counseling for her. Waiting for some call backs... Please send some prayer it is breaking my heart to see her like this... There is a huge difference between her dad and her step dad... My ex is in Prison at this time her step dad is very supportive but also enforces rules which she does not like one bit... Thanks for listening... I hope everyone has a blessed day! Jenn

Morning ladies (since I am the first guy to post today, I can say that),      Kim, first of all please keep us updated.  It also is a good way for me to know to say a prayer for you all.      Well this morning was uneventful.  Last night I had to get my TV and TiVo hooked up.  I can't sleep if it is quiet.  I need the noise distraction at the moment.  Of course changing that was a huge bear.  I shouldn't have started the project at 10:30 last night.  I got about 5 hours of sleep, which is a lot for me lately.      Last night was the big story though.  I am going to a new train station (the one I have previously used had trains for only one location) that has multiple lines going all over the place.  Well I left work really late, and by the time I got to the station, I was already cutting it close.  I ran down and looked for the train that would get me to my car.  I couldn't find it.  I was running all over this station, to find out that there is a second bay of platforms.  That is where my train was at.  I ran over there to watch the train leave.  It was the last express train.      The next train left the station at 7.  I board it to find out it is a puddle jumper.  Every stop it makes.  This is when I realize that I am at metered parking (the previous lot was pay for the day).  The meter ran out at 7, exactly when my train left!  By the time I get to my stop, I notice it is close to 8.  Metered parking at this station is a haul and a hike away from the train.  I forgot how far away it was.  I kept thinking someone stole my car!  I kept walking though.  Finally I see my car covered in snow..  Relief.  I look to make sure I didn't have a parking ticket, which I didn't, but what a way to end the day!

Good morning everyone! Not too much exciting going on for me today......just work, then home.  Olivia has Girl Scouts tonight and has started to sell the dreaded cookies.  I tell ya, for her, it is hardly worth all of the effort.  She has to sell over 300 boxes to get any kind of incentive, and I really doubt that is going to happen.  Add to that the hassle of sorting and delivering and I'd rather pay the $25.00 toward her camp fee myself.  (My vent for the day.....) Kim, prayers and thoughts are with you and your family-----this is a heard time for you, I know. Jenn, hoping you get good news at the doc. Michelle, glad you are over your first dumping episode.  Lesson learned. Barry, hope your day goes better today.  I had a day like that last week, so I know where you are coming from.  Try to get more sleep too, it will help. Martha, when you are done cleaning your house, want to tackle mine?  Just kidding, mine is usually OK, that's what I have the two human remotes for! Amanda, It is great to see that you work out most every day.  Do you go to a gym? Janet, have fun shopping.  I went to Vegas once and would like to go back now that I have the energy.  I was watching a show the other day and it said that you can take stripper lessons there for pretty cheap.  Wouldn't THAT be a hoot???? Where is LUCY?????? Everybody enjoy the sunshine and get ready for another bout of cold.........

Tell someone that you love them!
