Hello, my friends, Well last night we went out to dinner with somes friends, and I ordered what I thought was a good choice for dinner, Cottage Cheese with fresh fruit , I ate some fruit and some of the cottage chesse, it was very good, but when I got home I got the runns, Now this has never happen before when I eat cottage chesse at home, but I buy the low fat kind, Do you think that the cottage I ate last night might have been higher in fat and that is what gave me the runs? or does the fat in food not bother us? Guess I should of had the baked fish. Thanks  guys

I've eatten cottage cheese almost everyday since I went on pureed food.  Never had a problem, but milk products don't seem to bother me. That said, you may have a little but, or their cottage cheese may not have been that fresh.  Or it was just an off day for your pouch
Regards and hugs,

Ronna

Hi Ronna, I too have ate cottage cheese at home with no problems, and also milk and cheese, so maybe be it was the fruit, I had cottage cheese today with pineapple on it with no problems so who know's what caused it to happen, Like you said it might have been a off day for my pouch,

Hi Janet......I haven't had problems with the cottage cheese yet either?  Do you think it could be the fruit? I know fruit is too sweet for me even if it's fresh fruit.

I am thinking it might have been the fruit, that was the first time having fresh fruit, I have had canned, with no problems, I think I will give it some time before I try fresh fruit again,
