Hey, Hey, Hey, Now I love a short week These 3 day work weeks are kinda fun  But exercising is never done I went to the gym last night and was in my kick box jam class and a water main broke and we had to leave....man if you wanted to swim I would have went to the pool Anyway, I went home and hopped on my treadmill, boring ....but I had to.  I also did some sit ups, push ups and found my old exercise ball and going to blow it up and do some core stuff on it this weekend. I plan to work my back, shoulders and legs this weekend. So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  How is it going getting back on track?  Having a  hard time?  Let us know and we can help and motivate and get ya going.  If you are doing awesome then share and let us know what is working for you. I am proud of each and everyone of you even if you don't post I know you read this and exercise is KEY to success!!!!! See ya Monday

Good afternoon Kathy! Yes, I did!  I did 7 miles on the bike and the usual resistance tubes and some added crunches and stretching. I was so glad to see others on this string yesterday!  It is great to see everyone working to be healthy. I will do at least one of the weekend days if not both..... Se you Monday!  Have a great weekend!

Ok I am off today to meet with my trainer, and if he doesn't kill me I will be doing good, now on the other hand if he kills me I will just sleep at the gym LOL LOL....

I would give anything to work with a trainer again.  No matter how well I think I am doing it's not half as great as working with a trainer.  They really know how to bust your chops. Good luck Let us know what he/she did with you? Take care, Kathy

ok I am home and sore... He did weight training and tredmill, boy my legs are like Jello...UGH But I did good and I like my trainer......
