OK I need to buy some Vits. and would like to know what you all are taking in the Chewable form? I would like to buy from a store not the over the Internet. So if someone could tell me what they are taking and how many times a day that would be great. Thanks in advance,

I take Optisource post bariatric Surgery Formula Citrus chewables... I get them at Walgreens call ahead to see if they carry them not all do... I take 2 in the AM and 2 with Dinner... you need 4 a day... Aprx $30.00 for a 1 month supply... I was told if I used this brand that this was all I needed...

I too am taking the Optisource chewables, I found them at the Walgreen's on the corner from my home. But, I would call them in advance and see if they have them at your local store. If they do carry them make sure you check the expiration date.

I take Centrum chewables. They are affordable and easy to take (only 1 a day for me) but they taste like orange flavored chalk.

I buy Centrum at Walmart. 50 tabs for about $10.00....I only take 1 a day.....The orange flavor isn't too bad either...I also takeB-12 sublingualdots they melt under the tongue. They are only 2 or 3$ not much. Karen

I take Optisource as well but when I went to my recent doctors visit, I found out others dont take that. Some take the Flintstone complete because its like 7 bucks a month lol

I also take the Optisourse Multi. I order them through www.walgreens.com S/H is free and this way I don't have to make a special trip to get vitamins. Been taking them for 2 years and my labs are great!
