Gathering my info I need

to send to the Kane group after Thursday and I am wondering since my paperwork won't be submitted until 2008 (duh!) does this mean my 5 yr history only goes back to Jan of 03??  that would be GREAT because my BMI then was over 40!!  lol I also have to remember to call my PCP that I have now and get my records with weights for 2007. I'm getting nervous/excited now...lol

That would seem logical, but I don't know for sure.  I dealt with Michelle Pasillas from the Kane Center 866-716-5263 X2690.  She answered every question I had about insurance.  She seems to know her way in and out and knows exactly what they are looking for.

I originally submitted only 2 years of records from my pcp.  I had tons of records from specialist, but I hadn't seen my pcp here in IL for that long.  Michelle called and told me there was a chance that insurance would deny it because they didn't have the 5 years they wanted.  I told her to go ahead and submit anyway.  Meanwhile I submitted my request from my pcp in TN whom I had seen since I was a teenager.  A week later, I received my denial from insurance.  It took my pcp in TN almost a month to send my records.  I had everything since I was 14.  I gave it all to Michelle and told her to send whatever she wanted to.  I heard from her first that I had been approved.
