Good Morning All
I hope this finds you eating great and feeling good
I hit the gym late last night and worked on arms and cardio. As I mentioned before due to carrying around an extra 200 lbs my knees are shot. So I can't run fast on the treadmill.....I use incline to help with getting my heart rate high. I did 3 miles at an incline 6.0 and speed of 3.2.
I did my cardio after my arm workout... Always do weight work first then cardio
Preacher curl 12/8/6 reps 10lbs 12.5lbs 15lbs
Cable pull down 12/8/6 12/15/17.5
Bicep curl 12/8/6 10/12/15
Hammer 12/8/6 10/12/15

Good Morning Kathy!
I did NOT!!! I slept in the extra hour this morning as I was falling asleep at my desk yesterday and in front of the TV last night. (I actually took a 15 minute nap at work in the bathroom.....) I could not keep my eyes open, so I was in bed and sleeping by 9 and slept in late this morning. I still got my 25 oz of water in at the start of my day though and will get back at it tomorrow. I figure I can take a day off here and there.
I am trying VERY hard not to become too discouraged by my lack of loss also. (See my post on the nutrition, RNY and Grad boards looking for advice.....)
I guess today is just not a great day.......sorry for the vent.

You needed the day to rest up....nothin wrong with that...............................I think it is great that you have come so far...and we all need a little rest now and again.
Sooooooooo....since we seem to be the Three Musketeers on this thread....tomorrow I will expect great things from you and Kathy !! LOL!
And you have been getting in your water, etc...which is more than I can say for me. I try and try, but it is always a struggle.

Hi Dawn,
We all have bad days and sometimes it seems like bad weeks.....you hang in there. I had a 9 week time frame where I didn't lose one stinkin pound. I kept to my eating and working out and finally the weight started coming off again and it never stopped until I hit goal.
You are doing great and taking a day off or two is fine. Sometimes you need to change up what you are doing. Keep that bod guessing....
We are very proud of you and the job you are doing.
