We are seriously thinking about doing the polar-bear plunge thing at the end of the race....but you don't have to participate in that part!!
As a special treat for the ladies........I am promising handsome fellas at the end of the race!!! (only 1 per person limit..LOL)

(pssssst......it's not that I am any kind of athlete...I'm in it for the tshirt and the handsome fella waiting at the finish line....) 
It looks like it is going to be another CCCCCCCold day to walk.....so I don't blame anyone for not joining in....I have purchased a lot of cold weather gear so I will be fine...but anyone not having the proper clothing for these events should definitely wait til the nicer weather.
I'm thinking that I should look into some events that are held in other (warmer) places over the winter months.....that might be a good idea.
