Did You Move To Lose Over The Holidays?
Hey Everyone
I hope your holiday was FANTASTIC
Mine was.....went by to fast though.
We were so busy with last minute stuff I didn't get to the gym, but we were running around so much I felt we had a great workout. I did take the time to do my abs and push ups at night! And made sure I walked far when parking, ran up and down stairs and other little helpful hints.
Did you guys see all the great helpful hints on how to stay on track post? One lady suggested wearing tight jeans instead of sweats. Kudos to her for this suggestion
I would have ate a few extra bites and such if I had not had my tight jeans on.
So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain over the holidays? "Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today? Come on and let's get movin and burning those cals we took in and get a head start on the coming weekend
Take care,
Kathy

HI Kathy!
Yes, I did, half of the time anyway.....I did full workouts on Saturday and Monday. Sunday a couple of miles and yesterday also a couple of miles. Today, back at the full 7 miles and resistance bands.
I weighed at 160 for all of those days, which would be the first pounds lost since August, but this morning, the scale was back up to 162. I'm hoping it is jus****er and will be gone so that MAYBE, just MAYBE the pounds are going to start dropping again..............we'll see. I'm afraid to get my hopes up as the scale has not moved in SOOOOOOOOOO long.
I did not see the "helpful hints" post. Was it on the Illinois board?
Have a great day!
YOU GO GIRL
REALLY AWESOME JOB

Hi Kathy,
I did some time on the Gazelle exerciser...and of course b/f and I were doing some strength training these last few days. I'm still working on strength in my left shoulder..some days I feel like a total weakling...
I've signed up for the New Years Day 5K....(hint, hint)..........but I think it's gonna be a cold day.
Since this is the first time I am off work on New Years (in about 15years!!!) I think I want to make it a healthy start instead of going the partying way of things.
Hope all is well with you!!!
Paula
