Hey Everyone... I know I've been mia. Things are really busy trying to get ready for Christmas and doing it with a cast on my leg seems to take twice as long and major strain on my knees going up and down the steps. Calvin got a great Christmas gift today.. He's approved for lap band. His surgery will be Jan 8th!

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
