I will be taking a few days off and will be back posting next Wed.
Last night we worked on our core. I just love ABS night, yea right
We did sit ups
Sit ups with weights
bicycles
Leg raises
Sit ups with exercise ball
Side crunches
Bosu core sit ups
Tonight I am going to my Kick Boxing class. I will be working out during the holidays for sure
So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today? Come on and let's put this week to bed and kick it for the Holiday weekend

Yes, I did! I got up about 20 minutes late, but did 3 miles on the bike, most of the resistance band routine and some new things with the balance ball that I saw on the "Prevention" magazine site yesterday.
I hope to keep at it every day this long weekend........
Have a very Merry Christmas and I will check in if I can from home. (I can read, but most times, can't post......)

I did a bit of rehab exercises for my shoulder today...I'm really missing my chiro...hopefully he will be established in his new office very soon. I just can't go back to the other chiro, I would always leave there feeling like I got beat up. I won't do that to myself again....I'll suffer through this til Frank can see me again.
Not too much in the exercising dept..but I think I "shook my booty" too much the other night at the Christmas party...but it was well worth it. LOL.
