I love it!!!!
Last night at the gym was Chest night...I forgot to bring in my paper and it's cold outside and I am not going down to the garage to get it
I know, how lazy is that
So I will post without weights....
Incline flies sets: 20/15x2/10x2
Laying down flies: 20/15x2/10x2
Standing flies: 20/15x2/10x2
Bench drop downs: This one you put your shoulders on the bench and keep your back straight like a table. Then you grab the weight like you do the triceps and bring it to your chest and lower it down behind your head, then bring it back up to the chest.
Standing cable flies: You stand between to pullies and bring them together and back. Like the hulk pose. Remember when he stands there and brings his hands together like showing off his arm muscles...

The link above is what I will be doing tonight. Other than that, I've done some balance ball stuff and a little bit of ab work using that (the Bean) thingie.
I haven't been keeping up with walking lately
but I will be getting in some mileage this weekend....weather permitting!

And she brought some delicious SF taffy apple salad...OMG!!!! Heavenly!

Hi Kathy!
I did, I did! I did 20 reps of each band exercise with 2-3 miles on the bike as I was pressed for time. I decided to take the broken vacuum back at 6:15 am, before the Christmas shoppers were out clogging everything up.
This morning, I did 8 miles on the bike at 20 mph with a good 25-30 mph sprint of almost 3/4 of a mile. (In case I miss your post today.....)
I have to say that you are helping me to keep at it. At 4 am, it is really hard to leave my nice, warm bed, but I think.........Kathy will miss me if I don't........so I do. Thank you!
Also.......it can't be just you, me, Paula and Lippy who exercise, can it?
