Did You Move To Lose Today?

I hope your weekend was a ROCKIN one for sure
Sorry I didn't get our post up on Friday. I got tied up with work related stuff and didn't get to it.
So....let's get caught up.
Friday was a Bicep and Tricep day - ARMS
Tricep Pressdown with bar 20 - 10lbs 15x2 - 15 10x2 - 20
Bench Dip - these are where we lower out butts and push back up 20x3 I feel on my butt during the third set and couldn't get back up
Seated overhead cable - this one was to hard for me so I did the min weight 20/15/10
Standing dumb bell curl - 20 - 10lbs 15x2 12 10x2 - 15
Sitting dumb bell curl - same as above
Cable curl - 20 - 10lbs 15x2 12lbs 10x2 - 15lbs
Saturday was a day off
Sunday was leg day - well I thought I was going to get a great workout
My son said my form sucked
I thought my form was good thank you very much
But he can see what I can't so here is what I did, but didn't pay attention to weight as I am working on form
Squats
Lunges
Side step with rubber band
leg curls/sitting/laying down
Steps with weights
Whew - I am pooped. And for those of you that the scale drives you nuts? I want to lose about 15-20 pounds and the scale as not MOVED. So I am keeping my eye on the tape measure and body fat. Who invented the scale? I want to know so I can beat them

Hi Kathy and everyone else!
YES! I moved all weekend and this morning!
I varied the routine a little bit and tried some yoga on Saturday morning. WOW! I hurt in places that you would NOT believe! I think I will like yoga and hope to add more into the mix.
I will have to use the bands for a side step. I have been concentrating on one type of band, but it is time to add something new!
That #@##%$ scale is HORRIBLE!!!!! I have not lost a pound since August! I say we throw them all out the window! If I had not checked my inches, I might have given up by now.......

I so advocate throwing the scales away, but there is something about them. My son said the routine we are working that I could end up weight more by the end of January...
Oh well, it's in how you feel about yourself that should count the most
