Psych Eval.....test???
WHERE DID YOU ALL GO TO HAVE YOURS? MINE WAS A FEW QUESTIONS (WELL MORE LIKE 80) AND THEN THE PYSCH TOOK ME IN A ROOM AND ASKED SOME QUESTIONS. BASICALLY SHE WANTED TO KNOW IF I AM SUICIDAL AND DO I HEAR VOICES. OH SHE ALSO ASKED ABOUT MY SUPPORT SYSTEM AND HOW WILL I HANDLE STRESS AND DIFFERENT EMOTIONS B/C I CANT RELY ON FOOD.
EVERYTHING WAS CENTERED AROUND HAVING WLS REALLY.
I AM SURE YOU WILL DO FINE IF I PASSED. BUT BE SURE NOT TO SOUND "CRAZY" OR SUICIDAL. I KNOW A LADY WHO HAD TO CONTINUE TREATMENT B4 SHE COULD GET APPROVED TO HAVE SURGERY.

Mine was adminsitered right at the surgeon's office. Back in '03 WISH had a "one stop office visit" for all the pre surg appointments. They had a pysch doc in office as did they have a NUT and exercise physiologist. My test questions was a much shortened version of the MMPI but just as effective.

Thanks everyone!! I am seeing Dr Crane yes, up in Arlington Heights. It's good to hear that he's likeable...LOL
I'm sure I'll do fine with the test....heck I already know I'm crazy and my kids would agree! LOL
Unfortunately I won't be seeing the gyne until the next day....2 days of driving for over an hour! yuck! lol
