Did You Move To Lose Today?

Well I am kinda bummed today. Friday was my day off so I didn't go to the gym and was going to work out Saturday and Sunday but we had ice storms and just call us slip, sliding away......
So I did my treadmill both days. Tonight will be leg night if the weather doesn't stop me.
