Did You Move To Lose Today? TGIF!
Hey Everyone
TGIF...we only got a couple of inches of snow last night and it was like powder so moving it was not painful. Kinda fun...my dog Rocky was running around and trying to catch all the snow in his mouth. Duh, he didn't get it, but it was cute...
Last night was arms...we did 5 sets, this kid is trying to kill me. I think this is pay back for all the time outs when he was young
Triceps
Standing/Sitting and bent over rows 8/10/12 lbs reps of 15/12/10/6/6
Biceps
Standing/Sitting and bent over rows same as above
Preacher curls with bar 20/30/40 lbs reps of 12/10/10/6/6
Then we did this really strange thing. It was to make the forearms stronger. That is what controls all of our strength when lifting or doing any kind of workout with arms.
IT was a stick kinda thing with a rope on it and we put a weight on the end, then we rolled it up and down with our arms out in front of us. It sounds simple but was really hard. Then he got me to laughing and it was downhill from there.
So my friends, Did You Move To Lose Today? Come on, let's finish the week strong. I will be working out tomorrow and Sunday but not posting. So see ya Monday and we will account for what we did on the weekend
