Did You Move To Lose Today? OUCH!
Hey Everyone
OMGosh, I don't know if it was the 4 times going out and shoveling snow or just that I have to face how out of shape I got. I am hurting all over. I mean my hair roots hurt
My toe nails hurt!
I went to the gym last night and it was shoulder night. Here is what we did:
Arm raises with dumb bells side and front 3 sets 10/12/15
Over the head raises with dumb bells 3 sets 10/12/15
Bent over raises with dumb bells 3 sets 10/12/15
chin raises with bar 3 sets 10/12/15
sitting arm raises with dumb bell 3 sets 10/12/15

I DID, I DID, I DID!!!
Even though I ALMOST didn't!
My bed was SOOOOO nice and warm this morning but I got out of it and went downstairs to where the bike is. I looked at the couch and thought of cuddling up under a blanket on that couch.............................................................then..................................I got on the bike and did 3 miles as a warm up, the bands, then 5 miles at 20 mph, with a short cool down the last mile!!!!!!

Well I think we are keeping each other accountable as I see you give up a warm bed to exercise then I am going to make sure I go out in the cold air and get to the gym this evening after working all day...
