Anyone else having surgery on Dec 10th?
I thought it was who did your seminar. My mom had Dr. J so she set my appt up with him. I have been doing this on and off for 3 years or more though. When I first went it was Dr. Joyce I saw so I just stuck with him. My bff had Lahmann and he was really great with her.

Me, Me, Me!!!! I would have had Dr. Lahmann too! But I switched providers...my PCP recommended someone else. I'm at Central Dupage hospital with Dr. Spitz. I think it is detemined by who does your seminar.
How are you doing on your pre-op diet?
I had to do 2 weeks, the past two days were a little rough....a little sidetracked...back on track today though....still trying to kick the caffeine!!!
I've lost about 5 pounds so far. I think its ineveitable...one real meal a day!

Hello! Do you know why your PCP recommended someone else? Do they not like Dr. Lahmann's work? Or what? I got a lil nervous reading that seeing that he assist with my surgeon with his lap surgeries. Be blessed. Your time is almost here!!!!! -Tamika

Oh, I'm sorry ....my pcp recommended someone that was affliated with the hospital I regularly use, within the same medical group. Lahmann & Joyce are at a Center for Excellence I'm sure you are in VERY good hands with either one!!! And I've heard nothign but good things about both of them!.

Sorry it took so long for a reply. Busy getting everything done around here before Monday. Pre-Op diet is okay. The first week was really hard this week seem to be better. I am not really sure how much weight I have lost on the 2 week diet. I don't own a scale. But I have lost 17 lbs since May. Good Luck to you also. BTW what town do you live in? Close to me? Send me an e-mail when you feel up to it!!
