Why I hate repair people

So I bought myself an elliptical on Nov 23. It broke the next Monday. Completely ridiculous. They had to send out bearings and I flipped out about the time frame for shipments (10 business days what?!) so they overnighted them to me. Well, I scheduled a call for today, the only day anyone is ever home. No one showed up. The guy just called me (3 hours later) to tell me he had me down for Wednesday and this was my fault. He argued with me about how he wouldn't even have told me Monday because he was in the area. I saved the voicemail from him and he clearly says "I have an opening on Monday at 7 am" Honestly, what has happened to customer service? How dare he blame me. Now I have to take Wednesday morning off so that the massive hunk of equipment in the living room works. He better be ready, I am going to play the voicemail on loop over my stereo.
