Chicago ? Anyone early in the process or

not yet begun  going for the Lap Band procedure, or even someone that has just recently undergone it that lives nearby and wants a surgery "buddy" ?   I would feel so much more at ease if I had someone to talk to that is going through the same thing.   That way we'd be able to compare notes ?  See if each other is dealing with some of the same things ?  My first appointment is Dec 11th and then we go from there.  The nurse said it's an average of 4-6 weeks after the initial appointment that you have the surgery. WAHOO !!!! I thought my sister might be going thru this at the same time, but she wasn't approved for the loan :-(....I feel so fortunate.
