MEDICAID AND MEDICARE SURGEONS LIST!

Does anyone know how long you have to have medicaid for before you can have WLS done? What if you have it in one state then, move to Illinois? does anything change? do you start over?

Mercy does take medicaid the psych eval is covered 2 dollar co pay (whenever you go) free dietician they get you moving fast!!  Don't bring kids to the office or they will turn u around make sure your id and medical card match. They are very strict!

There are many others you just have to be patient and review the previous post and make sme phone calls.

how long did you have to see the dietician for? or did you have to?

Dr. Kukreja at Mount Sinai takes medicaid and there's no wait list.  call them at 773-257-2020.
