2 Week Protein Fast and Feeling Like Crap

Hello,

I just started my protein fast yesterday(I am having surgery Dec10th).  Is it normal to feel really tired, have muscle aches and nausea?  I felt fine on Sunday.  Once I started taking my Vitamins and the CoQ10 and my HBP pill I felt like I was going to throw up and mix that with a protein shake and it was bad news.  Please tell me this normal.  Thanks for all the advice.

Glad to see you posting again! I am sorry you are not feeling any better.  I did not have to do the two weeks of protein first so I can not help you out. Keep your head up, your journey is only just beginning!! Hugz!! Nancy

Your stalking me!! Just kidding.  Feeling a little bit better today.  I just wanted to get everyone else take on it as well.  Thanks for the encouragement!! I know I can do this, it's only for another 12 days! Hugz back! Kelly

I feel for you Kelly.......When I was on my liquid diet getting tired was exactly what happened with me too!   As far as taking vitamins and other stuff I got sick to my stomach too, so I quit taking them, I figured it was because I took them on a empty stomach.
