I am not sure about any of you, but I did not over eat today. I had one teaspoon of everything, and couldn't fini**** This was the first meal since I had my first fill on Monday, that has even tried to stay down. The only thing that has is protein shakes. I am going to try a bit more turkey for supper tonight. I hope everyone had a great turkey day, now on to the rest of the holiday season. Lisa

I am very proud of myself!  I had about 2 ounces of green beans and 1/2 ounce of turkey.  I probably could have eaten more or some other things but  I wasn't wanting to pu****  I felt really satsified with what I ate!  But on a side note...I am still working on getting my protein shakes in...I just can't stomach them...even the thought....ahhh...  oh well.... Happy Thanksgiving!

I didn't over eat. I could have on my dressing though, I out did myself this year. I also made the gravy. I had about 1/8th cup of it to warm the band up, then had about 1 oz of turkey then four whole green beans. I had maybe a tbls of mashed taters. I think I might need a fill because I could have had more but I quit. I had a special k powered protein drink about 1/2 hr before dinner. I found it at walmart tonight and it 3.88 and there is 7 pouches you add to water and its cheaper then the pre made stuff. I had pink lemonade.  Well gotta get some rest getting up at 3am to be at kohls at 4am. Wish me luck. No, we did not. We took our time enjoying the surroundings and had a smidge of this and a smidge of that. We shared a lot also. I or Dave would bring back like 1-2 teaspoons of say like potato or meat back to the table and then we would share it. It was wonderful, just like last year. Chris

I couldn't over do it if I wanted! I had a small piece of turkey it made me so sick that I had to lay down for 4 hours to feel better. I did have a few bites of stuffing and potatoes and cranberry sauce later on that night. I also had a half of a piece of pumkin pie for dinner. Man I miss turkey but it does not settle well in my tummy neither does pork. oh well Happy turkey day!!!!

I was in heaven today.......I got to taste green beans, cream corn, turkey, and mashed potatoes!    I think it all added up to about 1/4 of cup.......I got full and couldn't believe it!   The bread was a little hard to pass up but I did!   I had a bite of pumpkin pie later on.......I thought it was going to be rough thru the holidays.....but I was able to enjoy my food and I was glad to eat it nice and slow!   Yum! I felt like I ate more then I should have, but I didn't feel like I over stuffed myself, I pretty much had a Tbsp. of everything and maybe an ounce each of ham & turkey.  Didn't do any dessert and only took a couple very small bites of my mashed potatoes & gravy.  I had a glass of wine before dinner and felt down right drunk, but that wore off in time to eat, lol.

I did pretty well.  I had about 3oz of turkey and a spoon of stuffing and 2 spoons of steamed veges.  And I was stuffed!!!  Still had plenty on my plate and it was enough for a late evening snack (which I have to have anyway to make sure I don't have a low sugar crash in themiddle of the night) Then we were off to the movies.  Saw August Rush last night.  Highly recommend.
Regards and hugs,

Ronna

Good morning Lisa. Well, I had a bit more than I should have... I figure well, I won't be eating much the next few days so... my old mentality came back... Today's a new day! Lucy
