Pam glad you are feeling some what better, boy It does take a long time to get back on your feet , I get tired so easy now,

not much going on here going over to some friends HD has to fix my car, today, other then that not much going on,
hope everyone has a great weekend, looks like it is going to be a nice one,
Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
The basement is shaping up, coming along just fine and will be done by tomorrow afternoon. Then I can start putting out my Christmas decorations inside the house. Everytime I come up the stairs I bring something with me that needs to be put out. So I get some exercise at the same time going up and down. It is good to get rid of the junk. Dave and I are sitting here at church in the green room (back stage room) waiting to serve lunch to the team. I am sipping my favorite decaf hot tea with a little French vanilla creamer right now and surfing the net.

Hello Chica -
Calvin and I took off to Indy on Thursday evening after our workout w/ Joey and just rolled in about 10minutes ago. Of course, we have not even unloaded the car and I had to check the web.. Glad to here your doing better. We had a great time w/ the grandbabies and my stepdaughter. We went to the Childrens Museum and then to a great park this afternoon. Beautiful weather today.
