I'm home from the hospital

Hi Everybody, Thanks for your support, especially Christina! The surgery was a hard thing to go through. I had surgery on Monday and came home today, Friday. I still have pain from surgery so I feel achy and slow moving. I'm sure that with each day I will get stronger. Please continue to pray for me. Thanks guys.

Janet glad you are home now, take it easy ,

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
