Hi everyone - I had my surgery today at 7:30 am and everything went great! I just took my first walk around the floor. I'm not in too much pain. Just wanted you all to know I'm ok. Mendy

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

So good to hear you are doing fantastic! Keep walking, it will SO help you, either open or lap RNY. If you had the lapro RNY it will get that gas they use to blow you up moving and out faster = less yucky pain, and open RNY it will get that healing process started all that much faster too.
