I want to thank Christina and Janet K, for calling my family when I was in the Hospital and Christina I enjoyed our talk on the phone, thanks so much, I am feeling better today, when to walmart and got some stuff for the house and it felt good to get out of the house,

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Hi Janet!   As I told you, each day will get better honey.. Just take it one day at a time.  Listen to your body, do what  your surgeon and nutritionist tells you to do and you are going to be a great success! HUGS, Christina
