My Visit with the Plastic Surgeon

Good morning everyone! Yesterday I went and saw my plastic surgeon Dr. Madry. I had to reschedule my procedures for November 24th. Not too sure why as I got 2 different stories. He thanked me for changing the date as he had some other commitment. We discussed what was going to be done as his office manager didn't have down what I told her. I am having a face lift, removal of my breast implants with a breast lift and lipo on my hips. I can't do the revision of my LBL to bring my butt cheeks up because of the facelift. I will have to do that separately in addition to taking off a mole on my foot plus a couple of moles on my face.  So here I am going to face an additional surgery after this one! I know it is best but hard to accept! Of course, I dressed for the holiday wearing black lacy bra and black bikini underpants . I will be seeing him for my pre-op visit the day before Thanksgiving. Have no fear though, we will still have our party on December 1st. All I will ask is that everyone helps in cleaning up as I will be only 1 week post-op. This girl loves to party and I will do so on the 1st. It's only 4 weeks away. YAY!! Party time... I may be a bit sore or drugged but I will be there in body and spirit. I'll start thinking about organizing this party and posting on the board. PS. Like my new added avatar on my signature line??

Hey Girlfriend - I think you need to reconsider the party on Dec 1.  You need to be resting, not out entertaining.  I know everyone on this board will understand if the party has to be cancelled or postponed. You know me, the party pooper.  I just don't want you to over do it. HUGS to you my friend. Christina

Hi Miss Lucy,   LOVE YOUR POLE!!!   Can I have one?   lol     I agree with Christina    rescheduling your party!  Just throw us a new date.....it will be ok........You are going need your rest.   And I plan on laughing with you so I need you to be recovered.......no hurting when smiling or laughing those are the rules!    I want you to be able to enjoy it.......So what do you think? Thanks, but we are keeping the party on the 1st. I won't overdo it. You will make sure of that. I am in the best company and I know you won't let me overextend myself!! Lucy

Good Morning Lucy! Sorry to hear about the delay.  I understand how disappointing that can be.  Also sorry to hear that the office did not have their stuff together.  Hopefully it is all straightened out and will be smooth sailing from here on out. I vote for a new date for the party too.  You really will be needing rest, and we want to have a great time laughing and carrying on, and I would feel terrible to cause you more pain than is necessary.  On a selfish note, I probably would not be able to make it on the 1st and I REALLY want to come.  But......whatever you decide is fine too. Hi Lucy, I love your new avatar, it is very cute.  I agree with Christina, I am worried that  you will over due things and not get the proper rest.  I am in favor of changing the day, if  you can't change it then you will have to sit and do NOTHING AT ALL. Please think about it, your recovery is the most important thing. Mary p.s. can you get a blonde pole dancer ? :-)

Lucy, Maybe we should push theparty back a week or so?  I want you to be able to '"party hardy".
