Good Morning Everyone! It's Saturday so you just sleep as long as your heart desires.  I'm at work, I have to make up for Monday since I'll be traveling that day. I'm so glad to hear all the great updates on Baby Lincoln and all of our new post ops.  It sounds like everyone is really doing well.  That's such a blessing. Lisa, Gina, Christen, Pam... I'm so happy for you ladies.  Then there is Janet & Sandra having surgery on Tuesday, Oct 30th.. Martha's big day is Thursday, Nov 1 and Marilyn is Monday, Nov 5th.  Keep supporting these ladies as they continue on to the next phase of their journey. What's everyone have going on today?  I will be leaving for MD today at 4pm..  Driving thru the night, taking care of business on Sunday and Monday am and then back to IL Monday morning.  Got to love a quick trip like that!  We probably will not even have time for a potty break on that quick trip!  LOL So, I need to get busy since I'm at work.  The fence was put up yesterday and it looks great.  Now if I had grass that would be fabulous.  Just a big mud hole in the back and you would think I had pigs instead of labs.  They were such a disgusting mess last night and again this morning.  Tracking mud into my house.  Needless to say I was not real happy bu****cha gonna do?  I guess just mop the floor! Hope everyone has a great day & weekend.  I probably will not be able to check on-line until Monday night so have a great weekend and don't forget to support Janet & Sandra on there Tuesday Surgery. Hugs to you all! Christina

Hi Sandra! Glad to hear you were able to get some rest last night.  Try not to stress over your heart beat being a little high.  I know, I know, easier said then done.  For whatever reason, sometimes things show up abnormal and they really are not.  I trust it will all be ok.   My EKG came back abnormal so they sent me to have a stress test, I failed the stress test.. they sent me to a cardiologist that did a heart catherdization (sp?) and it came back normal.  So.. who knows why our bodies do what they do??? Enjoy your visit with your family this weekend. Christina

I slept in this morning due to us getting home last night from a fund raiser for our local Catholic grade school at our local country club. I was in the first graduating class at St Pete's back in '68. They have a live and silent auction and raffles plus a dinner. Last nights theme was Medival and yes you ate with your fingers. The only utensil at the table was a knife to butter your bread with and everyone had to share it. You could dress in the theme dress or come gussied up, we choose the later. We won one of the raffle baskets with a DVD, movie passes, gift cards and popcorn popper in it. Due to us knowing a lot of the people because a lot of them are local we had an all around blast. Dave and I just have some minor household chores to attend to today then we will go to church later on for church. But, other than that not much else. Chris The looser's bench is filling up but not totally full there is always room for more. Can't wait to welcome a few more next week.

Good Morning Christina and IL, That is wonderful news about baby Lincoln.  Hopefully everyone can get some rest now and he will be able to go home as soon as possilbe. I am off to a grade school football playoff game this morning and and outdoor halloween bonfire party tonight.  I am hoping the weather holds up and is not too cold.  I haven't dragged out really warm clothes yet. Best wishes to everyone having upcoming surgeries.  Christina- have a safe trip, no potty break stops, you;ll have to get one of those travel thngs, lol  I'm glad you have a good place for the fur babies even though it's costly, you don't have to burden anyone and you know they are happy and well cared for. Enjoy the weekend everyone, next weekend, we get that lovely extra hour of sleep that normally happens this weekend. Mary

Hi Mary - Have fun today!  I love to watch gradeschool sports.  It's really fun to see the talent (and not) at that age.  Yes, it is costly to board the girls but it's worth it because I do not worry one bit while we are gone because I know they are safe and being take care of. Have fun tonight at the bonfire party, another good time.  I love the smell of an open fire on a brisk night.  Stay warm and dry!

Good Morning.  I have been up since 8:30, but doing things around the house already.  Not much going on this weekend.  Mike needs to fix our washing machine, which broke on Thursday night.  It's not fun having 3 boys and no washer!  ha ha Mike's brother and his wife are coming over later for another one of our CSI: Las Vegas nights.  We watch the first seasons of it together.  We all love that show.  We have pizza and just hang out.   Tyler has a field trip with the IMSA program he's in out to NUI for a "Haunted Pysics Lab"  He's excited about that.  I think Jacob and I will continue to work on moving their rooms around which still isn't done! Glad to hear everyone's donig well after surgeries and also praying for those who are getting ready to have surgery. Christina, please be safe this weekend and we'll talk when you get back from MD.  If I could, I would watch your puppers for you too!  Just not sure how they would all get along here!

Monica
