I Had a day from , I went to the Hospital to do my scope, Well after 6 sticks still no IV, and 4 sticks to draw my blood for the test, So I will have to have my scope done the day of Surgery and they are going to have to put a Centeral Line, Ok I get Passed that and then the Anesthesiologest come in and we go over my stress test, Well come to find out I some time in the past had a Heart Attact and the stress test to him does not tell him anything, so he is not too sure If I should go ahead with the surgery now or have more testing on my heart, They are going to try to talk to the heart dr. that did my stress test and see what he was talking about, I just dont know what to do Just I keep getting one road block after another one, I am so upset tonight and they still don't want me to eat to stay on clear liquids until we know what is going to happen,

I just need a Hug and someone to tell me it is all going to work out

Janet, I know you are frustrated, but you don't want surgery until you are sure you're healthy enough for it. Wait and see what the cardio doc says and go from there. I will keep you in my prayers that all will soon be smooth sailing. Hugs-Janet K

Janet, Just because they found something on your stress test, doesn't necessary mean that you had a heart attack in the past. I have read a lot of med recs with abnormal stress tests that were questionable as to whether or not the patient had a previous heart attack. Let your doctors figure it out and trust them. It is better on your heart to have the surgery and lose the weight then to have cardiac disease and be obese, and your doctors know that. I will pray for you and I am sure that this will be the last obstacle. It may not even be an obstacle. You will be better off having the surgery once all the cards are laid on the table. Good luck. thanks Janet I did hug Kacie and cried on her too last night, she is great and you were right, my heart just has a small defect and I will be ok for surgery
