Thank God It started again. For the last month the scale didn't move. I was expecting the stall and still noticed that I was still loosing inches but I couldn't wait untill i started to loose again. I am now down 80 pounds in 5 1/2 months.

You're doing great Mike. Those stalls are really frustrating but sometimes your body has to take a break or catch up. The ole' bod has been thru a lot and is trying to figure out what the heck we've went and done.

That's great news Steve- I know just frustrating that can be. I haven't been able to have a fill since July because of this unhealed surgical wound. So I, too am at kind of a standstill! Glad to hear your back on track-Keep up the good work-Janet K
