Good Morning Illinois. Has anyone heard from Cindy yet? She had her WLS on Thursday in Peoria, at St. Fancis Hospital. I know of 3 more, either gastric or lapband this month. Mine- Wed the 17th at St Alexious Gina -Oct 23 Marilyn-Oct 22 Speaking for the 3 of us, if I may, This journey is ending in one way and starting fresh on the losers side. Hers a pick me up I heard Thursday night at the lapband pre surgery nut appointment. If you haven't been on Obesity Help, please do so. It is one of the BEST support groups that you can find. Personally, I do agree with that. I have learned so much from everyone involved, and that has helped me ask the questions to my doctor thart I want answered. Also what to expect later down the road. Hope everyone has a nice weekend, I know I am going to do something outside the house today, not sure what, since I am tring to make at least a path though the house. Lisa

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
Just going on Spoon River Drive. Hope to find some neat fall decorations. Last week I got a center peice for my table. I love fall and the decorations out there but, sometimes they can be pricey. Tomorrow my daughterd family wants to go bike riding!
