I am having a rough day.  4th day of liquids...I am truley not "tummy" hungry but I may be just a little "in the head" hungry. But I feel okay with it... I worked by myself this morning.  I checked in and out 68 patients, answered phones, helped patients, answered questions...I haven't been on my feet all day in a long time and I haven't eaten much yeah know so maybe I am just feeling a little tired.  I guess I am just feeling a little over emotional ... like I could cry at the drop of the hat.  Oh well...I am going to just keep trucking !!   Thanks guys! Hey Gina.......YOU ARE SOOOOOO CLOSE TO YOUR DAY! Think about loosing that weight and getting the second chance at life again!  Think about going into the stores trying on clothes and then doing it again the following week because you've lost another size!   Think about slipping into those "tight" jeans fresh out of the dryer and you don't have to suck it in.......or lay down to zip up the pants!   Or use the plyers!!!!!!    Only a few more days till your life begins.  Just think about the "secret weapon" you are getting to fight the fat! HHHUGSSS Pam

You can do this!  Everything is so true what Pam said.  The rewards are endless.  I can go into a Target and buy a pair of jeans off the rack w/out trying them on.  Who would have thought?  That in itself is a beautiful thing considering at my highest Catherines was my only choice I got on clothes.  The emotions are normal, warn your hubby because you may get emotional at times after surgery too.  The ole' bod is a little out of wack after surgery.

You just keep on truckin and before you know it, your big day will be here. Christina

Oh Gina!!!!

You are SOOOOO normal!!!!!  Just hang in there and have another Sugar Free popscicle......Those helped me a lot so that I felt like I was actually EATING.  I actually eat quite a few of them now too. The other girls brought up some good points.....just keep your eye on the prize.  I feel SO MUCH better than I had felt before.  I didn't even KNOW I felt bad until I started to feel better........(if that makes any sense to you at all!). The emotional thing.......OH YEAH!!! it is normal now and even more of a roller coaster later.  My hormones went wacky between 7 and 9 months out.  I had NEVER felt that way before.  It, again, is NORMAL!!!!  Hang in there....YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!

Tell someone that you love them!
