Yes, I have a carecredit card thru GE w/ a zero intrest for 12mo.  I had to get it when my lab was sick this summer to the tune of $6k.  You can use the card for medical on yourself, family or animals.

Sorry, I forget about it all the time.  I'm hoping I have it paid off just in time to start my plastics.

Good Morning Illinois! I am at work today, as usual, but only one week left until our Florida vacation!!!!  I am starting to get really excited about it.  Todd and I have not gone away ALONE together for 13 years!  We are doing a lot of research so that by the time we get there, we should know right where to go and what to do. I found an interesting web site this morning:  http://www.nawls.com/  I haven't had much time to check it out, but it looks like it might have some good information. I got a call this morning from the superintendamt of David's school.  I sent letters to everyone, including the school board last week when they denied my request for Special Education testing for Daivd.  I guess I finally got someone's attention!  They will proceed with the testing to see if there is some way that we can help him be more successful.  They originally denied the request because of his high test scores.  DUH!!!!!  We KNOW how super intelligent he is!  He just can't seem to get the work done, and we are hoping to find out if there is some reason for this inability.  We have been fighting the same fight since he was 3 years old.....I hope there is a solution. I have to attend a meeting tonight for Olivia's Accedemically Talented class that she will be starting soon also.  She's a whole other piece of work......... I am sending prayers up for Cindy tomorrow that she have an uneventful surgery and speedy recovery.

Monica is doing a GREAT job learning the lifestyle that she will have for the rest of her life! Glad Janet is OK. Dee---drive careful while you are out and about today.

And Kim......if you can't come here, where CAN you come?  We will help in any way that we can. I do hope everyone has a lovely, if colder, day!

Today is another job hunt day... I'm thinking that one of the waitresses at my uncles reasturant is not going to last so maybe I will be able to put in some hours in the interim.  On the bright side, yesterday I had an interview so we'll see what happens with that. I'm getting ready to go out for a walk then I'll spend the rest of the day cleaning the house. Hope you all have a great day.

CCCOLD today, and where or where did the sun go.  It wouldn't be so bad if the sun were out. When I went to go for my morning walk with the dog I had to go back into the house for a warmer coat. I've have to hang out at home today.  The ATM ate my debit card on Sunday and they are senidng me a new one, which I have to sign for. So I am stuck at home until the UPS man comes. But I guess it's a good thing as I got a great phone call that lead to a second interview for a job I am very very interested in. So all in all, life is good :-)

I have started trying the medifast stuff. I ordered a sample pack. I love there bars. Soup is okay. Oatmeal is good!!

Ola!-Glad to see everyone is in such fine feckle this chilly day!  Thanks for all your good wishes-I saw the lung doc this am and I'm fine.  Maintaining my weight even w/the steroids and no fills since July because of the crater. Dee, you cracked me up w/your new source of protein.  Dawn, I am glad you are getting the testing your son needs.  I learned when my hubby was in need of a transplant to be very pro-active when it comes to things like that.  I'm glad your squeaky wheel is getting some oil!  Good luck-I'll keep you and your son in my prayers.  Welcome home Kim-we missed you.  Christina-you're a saint-Calvin is so lucky to have you.  Monica -it's great things are going well w/your new eating habits.  You'll be primed for your WLS journey!  Nothing major to do today-I'm still a little shaky from Monday.  Take care y'all-Hugs-Janet K

Calvin, my dear just focus on the light at the end of the tunnel. The Medifast is great, take Dave's and my word for it. there is so much variety.  Hope everyone had a great day. I wanted to string one of my co-workers by her boobies. She drove me nuts. The other girl and I do not think she is long for our department. I just hope she stays on past Thanksgiving because I think my vacation will be canceled if she is gone. We are looking forward to getting away then. Chris
