A little frustrated....
Okay ladies I need another kick in the ass I think....maybe? I have been doing GREAT this past week with my eating habits. Not drinking with meals, measuring everything, eating protein, NOT eating things that I know I shouldn't. Even Mike said that I was doing awesome. I have been moving more and the scale is just not moving. I don't know if I am doing something wrong still or what? It's been a week shouldn't I have seen something....even one pound? Any ideas or suggestions?? At my next nut visit she is going to talk to me about using Zenical (sp?) I think I might take her up on it at this point.
Step away from the scale my friend... It will get you crazy. If your doing all the right things "moving" and eating healthy it will start coming off. Don't worry, it will. Your body may just be trying to hold on to the fat because it thinks you are starving it.
Keep doing what your doing.. you'll be fine.
