I HAVE A DATE.....ALMOST

As most of you know, I was approved for lapband last Wed. I finally got my paperwork from the Kane  Center today, and between working and handleing clients, I was able to connect with Bessie. I have some of  my appointments set up, and a possible date of the week of the 15th of October. I will get back with her tomorrow, and ask about the presurgery testing that si needed. Not sure if I am happy or scared or excited yet, but it is finally happening. I even went and got a magic bullet today after work, between seeing my pcp and having to go to our local hospital for an EKG (my pcp thought something sounded  funny.).  Will let everyone know what the actual date will be as soon as I know. Lisa, that is such great news. Bessie is friends with our neighbors across the street from us. They all go to church together, small world huh? Hope it is smooth sailing for your presurg testing and what the doc heard was nothing. Keep us posted. How do you like your Magic Bullet? We love ours, it gets a workout in our house. Christine
