Best Birthday Ever!
Hey ladies - Boy do I have a story for you.... So, you know how I finished my six month diet and my paperwork was ready and to be sent to Cigna. Well it had been about 2 1/2 weeks and I still hadn't heard anything so I called Jean at the Mercy and she said that the insurance girl Nancy was on vacation until Friday. But I could follow up with my insurance company if I wanted to ... so I called and Cigna said they had no record of my claim. So I called Jean back and left her a message to have Nancy call as soon as possible. By this time I was upset as you can imagine. I called and left a message for Nancy to call me ASAP on Friday. So this past Friday was my 28th birthday! And my coworker was doing my hair and my phone rang and I said don't worry it is probably my husband just let it ring. Well the person left a voicemail. So while I was having the hightlights washed out I checked my voicemail...it was Nancy telling me to call her back. So if you can imagine sitting in the washtable chair leaning back looking at the ceiling I called Nancy back....
To make this long story short.... She said, Gina I just got off the phone with Cigna. You have been approved, the letter is in the mail. I totally screamed in her ear! I said you are you serious!
This is the best birthday present ever! They said they are looking to schedule the end of October! I am thrilled to the nines! Thanks for all your prayers. - Gina

Congrats on the approval. That is such great news! Are you able to make it to the "meet & greet" tomorrow? Several ladies from the Rockford area a carpooling I think. Maybe you can catch a ride with them if you don't want to drive the distance alone. Would love to meet you. Bring Hubby along too!

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
