What is wrong with me??
Don't feel too bad, but I have a warning for you as well. I did my 6 month diet, gained and lost the same couple pounds. All in all I gained 5 then lost 10 by doing a liquid diet. Not protein shakes just clear liquids. It was not a good way to lose it I know but they kept telling me I needed to lose between 15-20 pounds. I tried the whole 6 months and I did exercise, I swam and I walked. I started walking further 1.5 miles when I started the liquid diet. It did help me to lose the 10 pounds. When I went for the weigh in they said well you lost 10 but you had gained those 5. So they want me to wait another month before they submit. Its up to me though and with much support from family, friends, and people on this board I decided to have them submit and take my chances. Remember though you need to do the exercise and walking is fine to help you lose, and its helping you in the long run. Good Luck! Renee
