A thought for Sunday! For those of you who are post-op pleae bring a "before" picture. I think it will be a fun way to share our journeys. If, like me you hated to have your picture taken it may be tough to come up with something. I only have one picture (other than my drivers liscense) and it doesn't even show me at my heaviest. But it's 70 pounds more than I am now so it's a good way to see where I came from In fact I keep it on the fridge at home. So please bring your befores! See you on Sunday!
