Hey Lavonna - Love the ticker and congrats on a 55lb loss already. That is fantastic! You will be in my prayers for a safe surgery and quick recovery. When you feel well enough, pop on and let us know how things are going. I'm jumping out of my skin for you. It's such an exciting time for you. A new beginning.

Hey their good luck tomorrow, wish you the best,I can't wait to join the losing side, I know my day will come soon too, I sure will keep you in my thoughs and prayers keep us undated on how you are doing ok,

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
