I had a nice weekend. We took Devon to Happy Joe's for his birthday and he was Happy!
Yesterday, we did not manage to hook up with the neighbors to paint the squares. David has been having some issues with school and teenage rebellion so we spent a lot of the day working on that, and I even took a nap.
Today, I am at work and tonight, I am heading up to Madison to attend my surgeon's support group. The topic is hunger. Amber is going to go with me. Although she is non-op, I think it will be interesting information for her. I almost wish Olivia could go. Maybe my daughter's can learn some of these lessons without surgery.

Hi There,
I am going to unpack the car from camping over the weekend. We went north of Jacksonville camping in Ft Clinch State Park in Florida. It is so pretty there right on the Atlantic Ocean. We camped on the river side as we had a tent.
It is a 5 hour drive for us home.

then next Wednesday I go get the Phych. eval report so that she can send it to the Drs. Office, and when they get that they will be able to fax everything to the Insureance Comp.
and then then the waitting begins

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
Oh, I love Happy Joe's Canadian Bacon and sour kraut pizza, I have not had that in probably 15 years, probably since well before my FIL died. We do not have any of those pizza places near Chgo.
Drive carefully to Madison. We are getting some rain here now in my area at about 520pm
Work was busy as we had a lot of paperwork from the weekend. It pretty much was a normal weekend in that respect. Not much going on tonight, am going to veg out and not do much. I will be able to sleep in on Tuesday as it is my late day and I do not go in until 8am. I will probably start to get the packing done for the weekend trip to the Dells before work tomorrow.

Sorry, I have been busy looking for jobs. I am really just hiding, some people love to make fun of me, and I only posted on the main board just once in a while, well now they are taking this I post here also, (making fun of my brother-in-laws family and how I asked for prayers, just said I was a drama queen), I know it isn't any of you, but I am down and very depressed anyways, do you all know what this does to a person.
I got made fun of a lot being overweight, and just thought with this being a obesity support group, it might end, guess I was wrong.

Yes, those people can be darned nasty on the main board. I wish I had all their time to just sit and respond to posts. I ended up having to block one of them last night. It is hard I am sure for the person that is being picked on to not want to defend themselves.
Did you get the recipes and was there anything useful for you?

I loved them-especially the beef and ham roll up ones. My sister is bringing a low -fat high protein taco dip,
which is SO good and good for you. If you would like to bring some fondue I would happily accept.

Hi everyone! Well, the surveyors showed up at the hospital bright and early this morning while I was in an executive meeting. So the fun begins. They will be here for 3 days. I can't wait until it's over.
So if I am not here for the next two days, it's because of the survey at work. At least now I will be able to focus on my next round of plastic surgery coming up in 2 months. The big stressors will be gone and I can focus on me, something I haven't been doing all summer long.
The walk on Saturday will be good for me as well as meeting everyone on the 23rd.
I will be going to the OH conference in Phoenix next month. YAY!!! More fun time.
I am so pooped from today. I was at work about 11 1/2 hours today. My brain is so exhausted. I'll be watching the old Bob Newhart shows on TV land and my favorite, Doctor 90210 later, if I don't fall asleep
