Hi, I got a quick note from C-Shey yesterday, she is home, hurts very much,

and said she is afraid to eat

. . that was about all she said,

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

thanks that is my dog Kacie and you can see a little bit of my youngest grandson Nolan. Yea , I read someone else post about resizing pic, so I did that so I could put mine in now. before it was too big, and I did not know who to resize, I guess reading the post helps
