2nd NUT visit today
Well I went to see the nut for my second month appt and I actually gained 3 pounds. Which I guess all in all isn't horrible since I was on vacation for a week out of that and just got back not that long ago. I really like the lady that works with me on this stuff and next month I will also be seeing the psychologist too. I am so pumped now to be doing this...I will do it!
I was so busy today with work, then the appt and right from there I picked up my hubby and raced to my son's open house, where he was waiting after football practice. We didn't get home til about 10pm! LONG day that's for sure.
Well I am going to hit the sack and hopefully get a good night's rest tonight.
