Hi all, I would like to interduce my self, I am Janet and just starting out on my journey, I am still doing all the pre op stuff, and doing alot of learning. I hope to get to know everone here and become part of the family,

I do have one question, How do you put the cute little smily faces in your post?

It looks a little slow today because of the holiday. The smileys are added via the smiley face icon in the bar above where you type your message. You hover your mouse pointer over the smiley face (will say "insert smiley"), click and it opens another box that will show a bunch of smileys that you point and click on and it auto fills it into your message.

good luck with your 6 month diet, I was luck that my Ins. compy did not require that I do that,
