Good Morning Everyone - I was quite the busy bee this weekend.  Wow, my body is still aching from all the physical work from serving all weekend.  The good thing is, I have continued to drop a few more lbs.  I guess the combination of not snacking/eating in the evening and running around like a chicken w/ my head cut off is paying off.  I really want to hit my mini goal 220 by labor day.  I have 2 more lbs to go.   I must have poison ivy in my garden or yard because I worked out in the yard yesterday after I came back from the dreaded laundry mat and I was ate up by mosquitos and have what appears to by the startings of poison ivy.  I had a really bad case of it about six weeks ago.  UGH!

Calvin has his sleep study tonight then a follow up appointment w/ Dr. Rosen tomorrow.  I get to see my favorite surgeon on Thursday for my 1yr check-up.  Where has the time gone.  A year ago Thursday started my new beginning.  It's been an amazing year for me. So what's going on w/ everyone?  Hope all is well with everyone. Welcome back Monica! Get well..... Janet & Tara Congrats to all that have been approved recently Hang in there to all that are still going thru the motions Christina

I was confused which post to answer, so I did yours...lol  Nothing new going on here.  Getting ready for a big anniversary party next weekend, and still healing from the wreck.  Weight loss has picked up again, can't wait till my 1 year anniversary next month to see what actual weight loss is. Dee

Hi Dee - Kim and I must have been posting at the same time this morning...  NO biggie..  Hope you're starting to feel better.   Please forgive me, I forgot to add you to my get well list this morning. Glad to hear the wl is picking up again.  I was starting to get concerned with mine because I'm happy but not ready for it to stop and it seems like the past few months have been really hard.  I must have jump started it with no snacking and more physical activity.  The only down fall, I'm pretty hungry when I get home and I hate to eat at midnight or 2am.  Big no, no. Our surgery dates must be pretty close.  Mine is Aug 30, 06.

Have a good day! Christina

Oh hon, no problem about the get well list.  I think I am doing real good.  Sorry I didn't answer this yesterday, I got busy. My surgery date is September 5, 2006.  I don't go to the do****il the 25th of September though, which is good, cause Aunt Flo visits anywhere from the 5th to 12th, and at leat my bloating will be over...lol Dee

Poisin Ivy, ick! Until you had mentioned it a while back; I did not know that it was all that common locally. Are you anywhere near the traffic signal off of 59 and north of 88 by about 2 miles. That intersection has a grocery store I believe on the NE corner of the light at 59? My niece,  her husband and her girls lives on Glenhurst Ct which is directly west of that intersection and up a couple of blocks.  Funny thing about the double posts - yeah I have done it also. What I have been doing is having two internet explorer windows open when I am writting my roll call post and then I go to the second one when I am done, refre**** to make sure no one has posted the roll call yet and then I click enter on mine if there isn't a roll call yet.  Chris

I think you will get to your mini goal. With all the rush of serving the guest at B. SQ. That is a very fast pace job. I loved it when I did it but, not sure I could do it again.  ICKY  ITCHY  I do hope it gets better real soon!

I have full controll on my bus so the job isn't hard at all. I also know all the kids parents so all I would have to do is say would you like me to call Mom and they will sulk but they also sit quietly for the duration ao the ride. Which is only 45 min from the time I pick the first kid up and I drop them off at school, or from the time I get them picked up after school till I get the last kid dropped off it takes about 1/2 hour. So for the short time I work I am paid well. Its the winter that can be scarry.

Well  I have to get things ready for tomorrw and the boys (grandsons) need their baths. I'm glad you enjoy your job and yes, it helps to know all the parents.  You have a huge responsability taking care of so many children.  I would ******vous wreck not only in the winter but dry weather too.    Let me tell you, I have a new appreciation for servers.  It is kicking my butt!  Thanks for the encouragement. Have a great day! Christina
