Sunday Roll Call

Good Morning Eveyone - It's still a rainy icky day in my world.  I had already planned out my day but it's quickly changing.  I was going to go into work to finalize some billing for month end but I'm now thinking about going back to bed for a few hours.   I tell ya, I get this second job because job #1 tells me no more ot but then they've been working me 20+hrs ot.  I don't get it.  I'm not complaining, I need the money but I wish they would make up their minds.  I've been pretty darn busy but it seems to be helping my weight loss too so I'm making money and losing weight.  It does not get much better then that. I'm going to go rest, try to be up by 9.. work 10 - 2.  Come home, take care of the dogs, shower and go work my second job 4 -8.  I was originally going to pull a 6a - 2p but my body is telling me I need to rest a little bit longer so that's what I'm gonna do. Morning Christina and IL, Listen to that body of yours and get some rest.  It is a yucky weather day in northern IL.  I am up early as I was going to go into work for a bit  as well.  I have my laptop at home, but left some paperwork I need at work. I give you credit for taking on a second job along with all your other jobs, paid and unpaid.  You are 11 days away from your one year anniversary and your energy levels are amazing.  Think of how far you've come in a year.   I am going to run in, get those papers and then come home and be somewhat lazy.  I hav3e not been on much as I have a lot of personal stuff going on at the moment. What does the rest of our IL board have planned for the day ?  Fun, work or household chores, share with the rest of us. Have a great rest of the weekend everyone. Mary

Good morning, I am here, alive, but not sure if I am awake...lol  It is pouring down rain here in my area, which we needed, cause I can't even remember the last time we had rain. Hope everyone has a great Sunday! Dee

I was just thinking about you - how are you healing? Hey how are the plans for going to the Dells? If you are still going up. This state's budget I am sure has had things all screwed up on your end of things. Chris

I am sore, and do have cracked ribs, the Dells is off for right now.

Oh, I understand about having to postpone. Ouch, the ribs I can relate, been there done that.

Oh girl, I got a PM from a gal on the main board that said with a face like mine I should have died in the car wreck.  All I got told was to block, which I did, but it is a person that has several accounts, so it got posted on the main board for all too see, it maybe lasted 3 seconds..lol  I got told to quit being a drama queen...lol  All I do is come here for drama and attention.   After that, now I know why I was only posting here. That's terrible.  I can't even imagine how I would react if some idiot made a comment like that.  To be honest, I pretty much stay on the IL board.  I'll snoop around on the main board and post to a few but mostly stay in the safe zone.  It's not worth it to me to have unecessary stress from people that I really don't give a damn about.  I feel like the IL board has become my home. GM IL - or I think it is morning because it is so dark still, rainy and ucky. I guess I slept in this morning. I cannot remember the last time I did that. I always was an early riser, even as a kid. I have my mom and dad's genes I guess because they did the same thing. I wonder with this rain if the air and water show in Chicago will be canceled? Dave and I have been down there at it in past years when it is so hot you can fry an egg.  The rain is good do not get me wrong but icky pooh pooh. I am going to be doing a little of what Christina is doing today, working for a while but I do not get paid extra for it. I rarely stay or go in on my own. But this is for my self preservation of my mind so I do not have all that work facing me on Monday. So, you know what I probably will do today. I do have a couple of minor things around the house to do so it is not facing me next week. What ya all doin' today for fun because it is raining?  Christine
