Hi Liz, The freezing ended at about 2 months for me. I have not experienced any type of nausea. Have you spoken to Dr. F. about this ? You should have referrals to see someone at Evanstomn Hospital or St. Francis. Have you scheduled your 3 month appointment yet? You should be meeting to discuss your protein intake as well as excercise schedule. Early on, I lived on EAS protein shakes which had loads of protein and that took care of helping get all that protein in. I agree with Willow on the tuna, the 3 ounce cans are the right amount and about 20 or so grams of protein. Starkist has a foil pack that has 3 ounces of tuna that do not need draining as well as a few crackers and low fat mayo and pickle relish. Since you are only at 9 weeks, you need to be very careful how you introduce new foods to your pouch.
Once again, I cannot stress enough the need to speak with someone from Dr. F.'s office, they can help you with food choices as well as your being cold, especially in summer. Best of luck, Mary
Hi Liz - It will be a year for me on Aug 30th and I still stay cold.. actually freezing. I agree w/ the others, just do what your doing and your body knows when it's time to slow down. It sounds funny to hear "how do I slow down my weightloss". Just enjoy the journey and be glad you are losing fast, you will be to goal in no time.
I eat tuna and Melba toast a lot for lunch. Turkey on swiss rolled up. apple w/ pb. banana w/ pb
