Vacation!

Just wanted to wish everyone a wonderful weekend and next week!!  We are leaving at 4am tomorrow morning to head for Gatlinburg Tn for a week!  I cannot wait and I need this break bad...lol   Kids are very excited, but not helping much around here to get ready. oh well.  I worked for a couple of hours this morning then went to pick up my oldest from football practice to find out he was kicked in the ribs during a tackle and the kids cleats got him pretty good.  I know nothing is broken, so he just needs to rest today and during the drive tomorrow.   I have been doing laundry and getting ready to make dinner for my mother in law who will be staying here while we're gone to "dogsit"  lol Well gotta run, might be back later tonight to check in one more time.  We'll be watching High School Musical 2 as well tonight....my boys like it too!  lol

I am pretty sure that you are on your way already - have a great trip and enjoy yourselves. Hope your son is not too sore after his poke in the ribs. Oh, that hurts, I cracked a couple of ribs after a fall 4 years ago and it was not pleasant. Christine

Have fun and be safe!  Thank goodness you have your mother-in-law to take care of the furbabies.  This last trip we took cost me $1100. to bail my furbabies out of the kennel.  It's not even worth going away.  Their vacation always costs more then ours.  UGH!  Why do you think I'm working at Bakers Square!   LOL Now I'm in the market for an in house service now that my family has grown again.  I would like to find someone to come in three times a day and let them out.  But it seems like it cost even more to do that.  I can get the neighbor girl to take care of the dogs if we are going to be gone 2 or 3 days but any longer is too much to ask.   Christina
