Belvidere Barix Support Group Meeting

Barix in Belvidere meets on the 2nd Monday of the month at 7:00 at the clinic, 1625 S State St, a block off of Bypass 20. Tomorrow is our first meeting of 2007. Hope to see you all there!

I can never make it on Monday's is there another night/day that a local support group meets?

There was someone who had meetings on a Tuesday in Loves Park. I'm not sure if she still has them or not. The only other one that I know of is the OSF group, but that's also on Monday.

Okay thanks. Now with Barix closing are their plans to continue the support group?

Hi Terry, I don't post much, but I knew you would have insight into the issues at Barix. I just got a call yesterday that they were closing. Do you know what happened? Also, where will you and the other people who are, "in the know" take your post -op care? I had my surgery back in April and you stopped by to see me. That was so nice. I have done well and I hate to see them close. It was life changing for me. Any insight you can share? Kim M.

Terri, How are we going to keep up with our support group? i will miss everyone there so much. I talked to Barix today and am in shock and very upset.
